Our story
Kogarnish started with a simple obsession — finding a better way to experience flavour. We source premium confectionery and fruit from trusted suppliers, then put them through a professional freeze drying process right here in Australia. The result is a completely different kind of snack: lighter, crunchier, and more intense in taste than anything you’d find off the regular shelf.
Why freeze drying?
The freeze drying process removes moisture at extremely low temperatures, which locks in the original flavour compounds instead of cooking them away. What you get is the full punch of taste in a featherlight, crispy texture. It’s the same treat you already love — just turned up.
What we make
Our range covers freeze dried candy, freeze dried lollies, and freeze dried fruit. From classics like Skittles and Fizzers to local favourites like Golden Gaytime and Pineapple Lumps, we put Australian-beloved sweets through the process and see what happens. Spoiler: it’s always better than expected. Our freeze dried fruit range — strawberries, kiwi, fig, apricot, and orange wheels — makes for a genuinely satisfying snack with no added anything.

Our products are made in a facility that handles nuts — if you have a severe allergy, please take that into consideration before ordering. All orders are packed to withstand the journey, though some natural breakage of the candy during transit is normal and doesn’t affect flavour or quality one bit.
